Frequently Asked Questions

tatistically, your average American will buy and sell a house three or four times throughout their lives. For us, buying property is something we deal with daily. This allows us to give you a very clear picture of the process and how things work. Every time we speak with a homeowner they usually have one of the following questions. If you have a question that is not answered here, give us a call.

There are a few things we need to know about the property. The current condition of the home, the situation as to why you need to sell quickly, your timeline for selling the house, is it vacant or occupied.

Once the purchase agreement is signed, it is then sent to our title company. They order a lien search and begin the title search. These two searches are mandatory so that we know that the title is clear and that there are no unforeseen liens on the property. While waiting for the results, we keep you updated on a daily basis. You do not need to do anything until you sign the closing papers.

Normally, we can close after we get a title search and lien search back. This usually takes anywhere from 3-7 business days, it just depends on the city that the property is in.
